We were over at our new space yesterday, with our architect and designer, Karen, from Red Dot Studio. We talked about signage, layout, lighting, paint colors and furnishings. This is getting real!

We’ll blog and tweet about our progress as much as we can, and things will get exciting as we reveal more design elements in the next few weeks!

Leah Rosenberg’s show, Six of One, opens tonight. We are having a reception from 6-9pm, we hope you will stop by. In addition to her wonderful paintings, Leah also has ceramics available for sale.

Did you know that Leah is a pastry chef? She prepared something sweet for tonight’s guests. Don’t miss it!

That’s right! We’re moving to a bigger space about a mile away, to 600 Divisadero (at the corner of Hayes) in the Western Addition neighborhood of San Francisco. We’re taking over the old meat market! We can’t wait to be a part of this wonderful neighborhood. We’ll be a block away from Alamo Square Park (home of the famous Painted Ladies) and just a few steps from one of our favorite restaurants, nopa.

As if a big move weren’t enough news, we are pleased to announce that we’ll be partnering with Little Otsu in the new space! We’ll be hosting a permanent Little Otsu mini store that will feature their whole line of publishing products and a selection of their favorite paper goods and crafts. It will be a mini version of their old Valencia Street shop and we’re glad to be bringing them back to SF!

We will be tweeting about the progress of our move so make sure you follow us there!

Hello and Happy New Year! We took an entire week off, what a treat! We spent every waking moment with our daughter who turned 16 months old a few days ago. We are re-energized and refreshed! We hope you had a memorable and relaxing holiday as well. We have been hinting on a big announcement on Twitter and Facebook. We will make that big announcement on our upcoming newsletter, make sure you are subscribed!

For now, there’s still time to enjoy the SCUBA gallery show both in-person and online (if you are far away from San Francisco). The show will be up till January 17. After which, Leah Rosenberg’s show, Six of One, will debut on January 20.
