The new shelves are coming together, the furniture is moved around, and other surprises will be in store for you when you visit us and our refurbished space – we open on Tuesday the 2nd at noon. Boxes of goodies have been arriving all week, it is going to be so much fun merchandising, like a whole new store! Here are two great (and very different) books we have just received:

Our physical storefront is closed for a little while, but the online shop is filled with new products! Please check out our New Arrivals page for great items in wood (apple boxes, bird mobiles, and an iPod speaker system), glass (canteen carafes and pint glasses), art books, the first of the fall clothing for women, and as always tons of handpulled art prints and cards.

In store, that is. Just a reminder that we are going to be doing a little work on our San Francisco storefront starting Monday, so this weekend is the last you’ll see of us until September! Online shopping is still happening however.

We have marked down quite a bit of clothing from 20-50% off and we also have new housewares in, so scope it out if you have some time this weekend!

We have some new items in the shop – some made with warm solid wood and others made of glass. Here are some peeks at the new stuff.

This is a desk accessory made from a solid block of wood. It can hold pens, letters and cards. The size and shape is carefully considered – it angles ever so gently on one side. We’ll put more pictures up when it hits the webshop. This is made in Japan.
