Irana Douer will be arriving from Bueno Aires today, and hanging her show tomorrow at Rare Device. We are starting to get some love for the show here from Leah and here from SFStation. If you are in the Bay Area, please come and meet Irana on Saturday night from 7-9!

If you are more in the shopping mode, we have restocked items like ceramic sugar/creamer sets, crow bottle openers, porcelain keys, and greeting cards (for V-day and otherwise) plus some lovely new wood picture frames and other treats for you.

We have a new jewelry designer in the shop, Molly M from San Francisco. Her laser-cut botanical works are already in the webshop!

Lisa who shares this shop with me (Rena) has a beautiful new blank journal out through Chronicle Books. We already have copies in the store and in our webshop! They feature her popular birch tree painting, plus illustrations bordering every page. These are a sweet anytime gift for a friend.

We are also restocked on A-Lights, the small bedside lamps with photographic lampshades featuring Brooklyn’s urban environments. Slowly we are restocking the favorites that were depleted during the holidays, and we’ll be at the NY gift show this weekend to scout out new trends and products for you.

I am not sure if we mentioned the awesome books we got in. Not only do we have a new Mark Ryden book and The Printmaker’s Bible, which is great if you are ready for a new hobby/profession this year, we are restocked on Handmade nation and more of your faves too! Please see our webshop for details.

We have many things on order (like more teapots, more Baggu, etc) while we are in the odd winter zone, but we’ll also be checking out the gift shows soon to bring you brand-new lines. Stay tuned.
