Little Otsu Pop-up Shop at Rare Device

San Francisco design store and gallery, Rare Device, is proud to present the Little Otsu Pop-up Shop at Rare Device. The pop-up shop will occupy the Rare Device gallery June 2, 2011 – June 29, 2011. A kick-off party will be held June 2, 5-8 pm. Portland based independent publisher Little Otsu is taking over the gallery at Rare Device for a pop-up shop. They’ll be bringing all their goods including the Living Things Series of books, planners, journals, cards and posters. Especially for the event, Living Things Series artists Jo Dery and Hannah Waldron will have their original artwork available for sale. Little Otsu is an independent publisher and online shop based in Portland, Oregon. Little Otsu focuses on publishing and selling illustrated books & paper goods. More info at www.littleotsu.com. Rare Device is a store and gallery that features functional experiments and original ideas in art, design, craft and fabrication. Owner Giselle Gyalzen constantly seek out objects that are beautiful, evocative, well constructed and thoughtful. We are pleased to bring to our San Francisco store an ever-growing roster of local, national and international artists and designers for a truly "rare" experience. Rare Device (raredevice.net) is located at 1845 Market Street between Valencia and Guerrero Streets. Store/gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday 11am to 7pm and Sunday noon to 6 pm. |
